Size Does Matter
When improving your bathroom, the foremost and most major aspect to consider is the size of the area.
Do you have the room for the bath tub plus an independent walk in shower? Just a bath tub which has a shower fitting over head? Or, unless you have space for both, do you prefer only a separate shower?

Distinctive variations of bathroom lighting effects could totally change the way your bathroom feels and looks. You may wish to have effective recessed lighting over a mirror to give a good view for shaving for men or putting on cosmetics.
Or you might prefer to generate a more soothing and romantic lighting effect in the bathroom, for long soaks in scented baths, with subdued lighting using decorative sconces or even a chandelier. Family Members
A key issue to note if redecorating your bathroom is the demands of all the different people that will be using it.
If it is to remain your main family bathroom and you have young children, then a style and design needs to be suitable for them. For instance, there’s little point in adding a massive bathtub if the majority of the family prefers a walk in shower.
